The Motul BioClean Parts Washer is a biological cleaning system that combines a cleaning device with an aqueous solution, BioClean Liquid, containing bacteria designed to break down organic impurities. It serves as an alternative to cold solvents in maintenance workshops and industrial facilities. It provides a safer working environment for users by eliminating VOCs and fire hazards, while ensuring optimal cleaning performance.


NSF C1-certified aqueous cleaner, BioClean Liquid, is enriched with bio-microorganisms and free from substances harmful to the environment. By placing soiled parts into the cleaning liquid, heated to 38-40°C by the biological washer, the microorganisms reproduce and dissolve oils and grease. BioClean Liquid is compatible with all metals, as well as plastics such as PE.
 

This is a cost-effective solution requiring minimal maintenance. Unlike cold solvents, the bath can be reused continuously with regular top-ups to compensate for losses through evaporation.
