Dedicated to deformation operations, the UNIVERSELLE and CADREX neat oils cover many applications such as cold forming, stamping and fine blanking.
Every range reference has a specific viscosity and formulation established for every process by considering the working speeds, machining complexity and the quality required.
CADREX - Stamping/blanking neat oils or vanishing lubricants
CADREX DR - Non chlorinated oil for drawing, bending, reshaping and fine cutting on all metals, under conditions of normal severity conditions on steel, aluminum and yellow metals. Available in 40, 100 and 220 cSt
CADREX FL 100 - Emulsifying neat oil especially developed for deformation, stamping and fine blanking operations from medium to heavy duty. Thanks to its reinforced Extreme Pressure properties, CADREX FL 100 is suitable for operations on hard materials such as stainless steel.
CADREX TV 856- Viscous neat oil used for cold deformation and stamping operations
CADREX EV - Using CADREX EV oils, there is no need to clean the parts after stamping. These can be applied by low pressure spraying roller, impregnation, dipping or drop wise. Moreover, CADREX oils comply with US FDA status and meet the requirements of the food industry. The range includes different levels of additives and solvents to suit all processes.
UNIVERSELLE - fine blanking neat oils
UNIVERSELLE SC - Multi-purpose range of neat oils for cold heading, tapping applications and suitable for the machine-tools lubrication.
Available viscosity : 55,68,90,150 cst.
UNIVERSELLE 800 SC can be used as a booster for neat cutting and forming oils from 5 to 20%.
SUPRADRAW - Wire drawing neat oils or soluble lubricants
SUPRADRAW is a comprehensive range of wire drawing lubricants which is dedicated for copper wire drawing applications. MotulTech is committed to provide the best balance between lubrication and detergency depending on the application. Our range is designed to be used on rod breakdown, single wire and multi-wire machines.
