For this reason, MotulTech offers a wide range of soluble and neat deformation products designed to support cold forming operations, balancing high performance and productivity with user safety and increasingly important environmental considerations. 

Dedicated to deformation operations, the UNIVERSELLE and CADREX neat oils cover many applications such as cold forming, stamping, and fine blanking. These products are formulated to deliver reliable lubrication performance under demanding forming conditions. 

Each product within the range features a specific viscosity and formulation, established for each process by considering working speeds, forming complexity, and the required quality of the finished parts.

 

CADREX - Stamping/blanking neat oils or vanishing lubricants

CADREX DR 

Non-chlorinated oil for drawing, bending, reshaping, and fine cutting on all metals. Suitable for normal severity conditions on steel, aluminium, and yellow metals. Available viscosities: 40, 100, and 220 cSt.

CADREX FL 100 

Emulsifying neat oil developed for deformation, stamping, and fine blanking operations from medium to heavy duty. Thanks to reinforced extreme-pressure properties, CADREX FL 100 is suitable for operations on hard materials such as stainless steel.

CADREX TV 856 

Viscous neat oil used for cold deformation and stamping operations, providing effective lubrication in severe forming conditions.

CADREX EV 

CADREX EV oils eliminate the need for part cleaning after stamping. These lubricants can be applied by low-pressure spraying, roller, impregnation, dipping, or drop-wise application. CADREX EV oils comply with US FDA requirements and meet the standards of the food industry.

The range includes different additive and solvent levels to suit a wide variety of forming processes.

UNIVERSELLE Range – Fine Blanking & Cold Forming Neat Oils

UNIVERSELLE SC 

A multi-purpose range of neat oils designed for cold heading, tapping applications, and suitable for machine-tool lubrication. 
Available viscosities: 55, 68, 90, and 150 cSt. 

 

UNIVERSELLE 800 SC 

Can also be used as a booster for neat cutting and cold forming oils at treat rates between 5% and 20%. 

SUPRADRAW Range – Wire Drawing Lubricants

SUPRADRAW is a comprehensive range of wire drawing lubricants dedicated to copper wire drawing applications. The range includes mineral to synthetic soluble lubricants designed to provide an optimal balance between lubrication and detergency, depending on the application, copper wire diameter, and wire drawing machine configuration. 

SUPRADRAW products are suitable for use on rod breakdown, single-wire, and multi-wire machines, supporting consistent performance and surface quality in demanding wire drawing operations.
