Alloys Extrusion

STAG serie is formulated for metal extrusion applications, including dummy block and billet lubrication, butt shear, and other extrusion process needs. 

 

ALUMINIUM EXTRUSION

  • DUMMY BLOCK / BILLET: STAG 07, STAG 10, STAG 11, STAG 14M, STAG 74, STAG 118

Ecological lubricant capable of effectively replacing traditional systems such as acetylene gas and ceramic powder.
It has excellent adherence to the substrate. Excellent anti-sticking power. No development of harmful fumes / vapors. Non flammable at working temperatures. No deposit / interference on the sliding guides.

  • BUTT SHEAR: STAG RP/1, STAG RP/2, STAG 98/AL, STAG 99/AL

Product with excellent lubricating and protective power, in conditions of high friction and temperature.

  • BILLET CUT: STAG 40/BC/2

Lubricant for hot and cold billet cutting, with circular or band saw.

  • PROFILE CUTTING: STAG 15/PC, STAG 16/PC, STAG 17/PC, STAG 19/PC, STAG 20/PC, STAG 22/PC, STAG 31/PC

Lubricants for cutters, without leaving residues on the profile, suitable for minimal application.

Die Casting (Die / Piston Lubrication)
