SUPRACUT INO GV range - biobased cutting oils
Complete range of machining lubricants based on sustainable raw materials that can ultimately contribute to the improvement of the GHG emissions of the industrial manufacturing plants. The products are high-performance non-CLP labelled providing sustainability.
This a range of neat oils ranging from 5 cSt to 40cSt. They have inherently high viscosity indexes and flash point values enhancing performance and safety aspects, important in the machining environment.
SUPRACUT range - Mineral base cutting oils
SUPRACUT series has been specially developed for general machining operations, from easy to difficult machining, on ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
It offers a high-performance level thanks to its extreme pressure and anti-wear properties.
SUPRACUT EVO range - Advanced cutting fluids with performances beyond standards
SUPRACUT EVO series is formulated with highly refined base stocks with high viscosity index (HVI) and new additives generation. It can be used for most applications on ferrous and non-ferrous metals and is especially recommended for high speed machining and high-pressure flows thanks to its low mist ability. It improves operators experience and production efficiency.
SUPRACUT EVO X series is the last building block of the EVO range. It is especially recommended for severe machining operations such as gear hobbing, deep drilling on hard metals, including yellow metals.

SUPRACUT EDM 03 has been developed for EDM machining from rough draft to high precision polishing. Particularly suited for machining of molds and dies. Transparent and odorless, SUPRACUT EDM 03 has a high flash point offering optimum safety to users.
