BIOCLEAN Parts Washer 

The Motul BioClean parts washer is a biological cleaning system that combines a cleaning device with an aqueous cleaning solution, BioClean Liquid, containing bacteria designed to break down organic impurities. This parts washer machine serves as an effective alternative to cold solvents in maintenance workshops and industrial facilities. 

Designed to provide a safer working environment, the Motul BioClean parts washer eliminates VOC emissions and fire hazards while ensuring high cleaning performance for industrial maintenance operations. 

NSF C1-certified aqueous cleaner BioClean Liquid is enriched with bio-microorganisms and free from substances harmful to the environment. By placing soiled components into the cleaning liquid, heated to 38–40°C by the parts washer machine, the microorganisms reproduce and dissolve oils and grease efficiently. 

BioClean Liquid is compatible with all metals, as well as plastics such as PE, making this machine washer parts solution suitable for a wide range of industrial cleaning applications. 

This is a cost-effective parts washer solution requiring minimal maintenance. Unlike cold solvents, the bath can be reused continuously with regular top-ups to compensate for evaporation losses.
